At iptvsmarterspro.ae, we do not generally accept refunds. However, refunds will be granted only in cases where you have made a purchase by mistake or selected the wrong package.

In such cases, you may request a refund within 30 min from the payment date, once you realize the error.

• If your internet connection is not stable, please do not purchase the service.
• If you experience internet issues after purchasing, this does not qualify for a refund.
• If you have a problem with your IPTV application/player or a conflict between the app and your device, this does not qualify for a refund, Just Change the player by another Good one and the service will work properly 10/10.
